It is safeguarded by 24-hour security.  Many amenities are also within easy reach of this property such as shop lots, restaurants, eateries, banks and clinics in Empire City, Neo Damansara and Metropolitan Square. Bandar Utama 4 Primary & Secondary Schools are nearby. Tropicana Medical Centre, Tesco, The Curve, Ikea, Ikano, Cineleisure and One Utama are a short drive away.  Damansara Perdana, where Empire Residence is located, easily accessible via various highways including New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), SPRINT Highway and Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP). Many buses and taxis also service this area.

This luxurious living space is suitable for couples, solo adventure, business travellers, families and also large groups.  What's interesting is we also welcome your pet(s).  For the comfort and convenience of our guests, our residence is fully furnished with all necessities for day to day living and comes with four bedrooms and five bathrooms.  Up to 12 guests could be easily accommodated here.
